I love a good game day snack - wings are one of my go-to's and for those days when you don't have time to go out and buy wings, these are a must have!

I am so excited for fall and fingers crossed, football to be back! My boyfriend and I love nothing more than relaxing on Sundays and indulging in all the game day snacks - these wings are always on our menu.

Below I go over your shopping list and I breakdown the specific recipe and the steps to making these mouthwatering nachos! Serves 2-4 people. If you prefer your wings dry, just use the dry rub without the sauce!
Ingredients
* 10-20 frozen, sauce-less wings (i like to get mine from Trader Joe's)
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika
* Primal Kitchen BBQ sauce (or whichever bbq sauce you prefer)
--- Cooking Steps ---
Put all the spices and sugar in a plastic bag and add the wings to coat them all in the dry rub.
Cook at 400 for 50 minutes. With 10 min left, add bbq sauce and let them cook the rest of the way in the sauce.
My boyfriend likes his saucey (pictured here), but I prefer to use a drizzle of the bbq sauce.
