“If you’re ever struggling with certain meals, ALWAYS GO FRESH”

Below I go over your shopping list and I breakdown the specific recipe and the steps to making this dish! Serves 1.

Ingredients

➖2 chicken sausages from @wholefoods ➖1 package of @traderjoes cauli gnocchi ➖2 tbsp olive oil ➖1.5 tbsp fresh garlic ➖2 tbsp fresh sage ➖1 tbsp fresh oregano, pepper and crushed red pepper ➖1 tbsp fresh Parmesan

➖Handful of Kalamata olives ➖Juice and zest from 1 lemon

--- Cooking Steps ---

  1. Add your chicken sausage to a small pan with some olive oil and cook on all sides until the outside is completely cooked. Remove and cut into small pieces and then add back to the pan and cook each piece on both sides until cooked. About 5-6 minutes total. Remove from pan.

  2. In a cast iron pan, add olive oil and 1/4 c of water to the pan with your gnocchi. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on medium low and then add the sausage, 2 tbsp olive oil, herbs and fresh garlic. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring all the ingredients. Make sure your gnocchi is slightly crisp on the outside and not a big mush.

  3. Top with fresh parm and serve!
